Problem: background image displays behind text when page is opened in IE without PortalProdigy, but when loaded to PortalProdigy it does not display the background image.

Cause: when text is overlayed the BODY background color is overriding the background image.

Solution: use the following to insert the background image:

 <DIV class=Section1 style="BACKGROUND: url(http://www.prodigizer.com/WriteImg.asp?im=Documents/70_files/image001.jpg) no-repeat; WIDTH: 576px; HEIGHT: 288px">
